ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm a 30yr old girl from Amsterdam who has a passion for travelling and life itself. I want to explore and discover as much as possible and im very curious about life and all the beautiful things in it. I'm very social, spontanious, bubbly, open minded, adventurous and active. I'ts very cliché, but i love to laugh, I don't take everything too serious, just smile and be happy :) I love meeting new friends all around the world. I have been travelling on and off now for about 6years now. Mostly Europe, Asia and Australia.
I lived in Australia for about 3 years. I met my boyfriend in Australia, and we are traveling now together eversince and planning on keeping traveling for many years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment i can't offer my couch to anyone, because i don't have any(more) :) I've recently quitted my job, quitted my house and everything that comes along. So for now i'm just surfing and 'taking'. But when the moment is there and i'm settled down somewhere, i will be definite be hosting myself too and 'return' the favour ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before I always used my friends CS account, because we travelled together and applied for a couch with her account because that was convenient then. Thats why i dont have many reviews/comments of hosts.
At the moment i am traveling with my bf, who is very active on couchsurfing.
I have been hosting some CS'ers in Amsterdam, but not very often. Thats because i was travelling myself very often.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I drove the highest road in the world "Khardung La" on my Royal Enfield motorbike through the Himalayas, in Leh/Ladakh. Biked through the rest of northern India for 3 more months.

Volunteered in Nepal after the earthquake by building shelter houses.

Loi Krathong festival in Thailand (where everybody sends a wish into the sky with a fire lantern) Was a very magical experience.

In total 5 months trip around India, staying in an Osho ashram and getting to know the real India.
