ABOUT ME

Anyong-haseyo,

i spent 10 months in Russia, Irkutsk, studying abroad.

Now Im traveling in South Korea. I will be traveling in Asia for two months, before going back to Germany.

I spent some couple of days in Incheon and Seoul and I already love the Korean culture! Korean food and the Korean people are amazing. Im looking forward to see more of South Korea and to learn more about the culture, people and traditions.

PHILOSOPHY

You never know, what you are going to get.
Things need to be done.
Better late than never.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Russia I couldnt host any CS, because I stayed in a students dormitory and we werent allowed to have guests over. Nevertheless I hung out with CS and showed them around in Irkutsk.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While traveling in Russia I also used CS to get to know local people and to experience more than just the major tourist attractions.

Via CS I made really good friends in a very short time, this is awesome !

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Doing the ritual of Kreshenie on Jan. 19th 2013, "ice bathing" in the river Angara by -20° in Irkutsk.
Going from Siberia straight to Thailand and back again, -15° to + 30°
Snuggling with tigers in Thailand.
Staying in Siberia for 10 months.
Climbing down the rocks on the Island of Ol'chon to take a 30 sec bath in the lake Baikal, on a stormy, windy day at the end of September 2012.
Drinking out of the biggest freshwater lake Baikal - very delicious and refreshing.
