I am very curious and love to learn and experience new things, as well as meet new people and learn about their way of thinking, which helps me to understand the world and myself better. Probably some people would think about money, but even if hotels/hostels would be for free, i would rather go to the local people, who can give me some insight of the country they live in and share their perspective.
