I'm a 22 year old girl from Germany. I started studying English in October 2015, after spending four months travelling and working in Ireland and Scotland.
Eventhough my apartment is not big enough to host anyone (unfortunately), I love meeting new people. So if you are in town and need someone to show you the best pubs, write me a message ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a great way of traveling if you are short on money and it sure is perfect for meeting new people.
It's just a whole different experience, and gives you the possibility to connect with amazing people from all over the world.

Interests

I have plenty of interests and I always enjoy a good discussion.
I'm interested in music as well as art. I love traveling and I really like hearing other people's traveling stories. I'm quite interested in folklore and myths, so if you have some good stories, please tell me :)
I've been horseback riding for some years now, and like every kind of animal.
I found a new passion quite recently, which is Brazilian Jiu Jiutsu.
These are just some of the things that interest me, but like I said before: I'm always down for a good discussion or a nice chat.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really have a favourite song or music genre. I like all kind of music, it just depends on the situation, but I'm really into different rock and metal genres, blues, soul and jazz just to name a few.
I like plenty of movies and have read hundreds of books, so it's really difficult to tell which one would be my favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling for four months through Ireland and Scotland by myself when I was just 18. It was an amazing journey and I met so many wonderful people along the way.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you - of course - something about Germany, including the language and I know one thing or the other about traveling.
I would love to learn something about other countries, about the folklore, the language, the culture.
I can and will share my story with you. My little stories of visiting other countrys, what it is like to live in Germany, what ever you want to hear.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer conversations about everything and anything. Like I have said, I love sharing stories, but also listening to them. I can cook some basic dishes - nothing fancy.
Most of the time I also have my tin whistle with me. I'm just learning how to play it, but I could share one or an other song with you :)
Of course I can help you with chores or anything that comes up.
