Hi! My name is Eva, I'm a 24 year old who works as a freelance journalist/photographer/all kinds of jobs.

I haven't completely settled down in life, which allows me to travel and broaden my horizon. I do have a lovely boyfriend, but i don't have a steady job (like probably most people in journalism, haha), i don't have a monthly mortgage to pay, no children. This gives me the opportunity to explore, try new hobbies, and broaden my horizon while i still can.

When abroad, I love to wander around, enjoy the local cuisine and learn more about the countries historical background and current political situation. I'm especially fascinated by Eastern Europe and former Sovjet countries.

I love coffee, i am pretty easy going, and I like to think i have a good sense of humor (though you might disagree, haha!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and visiting unknown places. Currently i am travelling trough Eastern Europe for 2 months. I'm travelling all by myself, and I don't want to be a complete loner. That's why I think couchsurfing will be a great way to get to know new people, and exchange info about each others cultures and languages!

Music, Movies, and Books

Actually I have a very diverse taste in movies, music and books.. I really can enjoy almost everything. Currently i'm listening a lot to Nick Cave, Imagine Dragons, Eminem, Leonard Cohen and Manu Chao.
One of my favorite movies of all time must be Into the Wild, or Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Bastards. But I also really enjoy fantasy, like Harry Potter and LOTR or the Marvel movies.
