ABOUT ME

Open minded, laid back and mostly outgoing, although I tend to be a bit shy and reserved when I first meet people. Currently I spend a lot of time doing yoga, not enough time reading, and I really want to learn how to surf.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only Couchsurfing experience has been as a hostee in Montreal during the Osheaga Music Festival; I deem it a great success! The Montreal CS community really reached out to me while I was looking for a host, and the people I ended up staying with were wonderful.

Interests

I don't consider myself a busy body, which is to say I very much enjoy downtime and relaxing. However, I also love to engage the body/mind and be active. Some of my favorite activities include yoga, hiking, meandering city streets, and taking time to enjoy tea/coffee. I dig animals of every persuasion- dogs, cats, farm life, wildlife... I'm excited about the movement towards sustainability and conscious living, and try to implement the practice into my own life as much as I can; I'm almost to the point where I'd feel comfortable calling myself proficient in the garden. I like music and bopping around to it (can't dance particularly well), and I think going out to see a movie is a lost art.
