Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've wanted to do Couchsurfing for a long time, but haven't quite managed it yet. I have lots of friends that have done it and had great experiences. Hopefully this year I'll get a chance to be part of this awesome community!

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly love indie and folk music. I listen to electronic music when working or when I need to walk fast somewhere!

I like movies that are basically just one person talking to another, exploring cities and talking about life experiences. So Woody Allen is a favourite and Before Sunrise/After Sunset.

My favourite kind of books are ones which give a voice to a perspective that isn't normally heard, e.g. Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime; Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Considering I'm petrified of heights, I'd have to say that skydiving in Argentina is probably that for me!

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied English at university in the UK and since then have taught creative writing classes. I'm hoping to do a CELTA course this summer, so I'd be up for helping anyone that wants to improve their English skills (and embrace their creativity with language!).

What I Can Share with Hosts
