ABOUT ME

I'm open-minded, I love meeting new people from different cultures and traveling to places I have never been before.

After working in a multinational company for 11 years I was fired due to shutting down the IT department in Athens. Well everything happens for a reason so now I'm trying to turn this bad incident to something nice by doing what I love. So I traveled for two and a half months in South East Asia and now I want to travel to central America for two months starting from Colombia and going up to Mexico. No strict plans so my schedule is very flexible. I hope to meet all you amazing people along my way there and share our stories!

This was written when I had created this profile: "All this time I was traveling and I was staying in hostels but now I thought that by taking part in CS would be cool because it would be somehow like traveling when hosting people from around the world and of course it would be helpful when I'm traveling alone to get a couch for staying or tips by locals."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have also surfed to a couple of couches in Argentina!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Skydiving!!! I totally loved this experience! The 5-6 minutes flying with the parachute after the free fall were the most peaceful in my whole life!

- My first surfing lesson that I had in Bali! I managed to stand on my board after half an hour and that feeling was amazing!!!

- My first dive in Koh Tao, Thailand... Except of the amazing colourful fishes I even saw a sea turtle!

- The first time I traveled alone back in 2007 to Spain,Barcelona! I still remember how awesome I was feeling when I arrived and I was getting off the airplane!

- The evening prayers in Ganges river in Varanasi, India was also amazing and mystical!
