To experience different ways of life with out having a huge "to do" list

ABOUT ME

This is a hard one... so I will be a bit random in how I answer it:

For the past six months I have worn a ring on my pinky finger that says "Curiouser and curiouser."
Not because it is a quote from "Alice in Wonderland" but because it perfectly describes the feeling that I get when I am traveling...
Going one place will expose me to a new thing or person and there is an exchange of ideas that will inspire my journey around the world even further. It is a constant process of unending curiosity, excitement, and fulfillment.

PHILOSOPHY

I think it is in a process of revising itself. I think that what I am rapidly learning is that life isn't really about ticking of an expected "to do list"- because all the "to do lists" we give ourselves just end up shutting us out from unexpected and wonderful things.

Cheese, reading books in hammocks, photography, avoiding mosquitoes, stepping outside my comfort zone, snorkeling, museums, and subways

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Currently plowing through anything and everything by Neil Gaiman. Also have a knack for trying to read books written by authors from the countries I am visiting- so things get a bit random.

That is a bit hard to narrow down. The most recent awesome-knock my socks off-thing was being serenaded by Mongolian throat singers in a Ger on my birthday

I used to be a historian- In particular, I focused a lot on 19th century social history around prostitution. So if you want to know more about that- feel free to ask.
