Overview
About Me
I've just come back to South America after 7months at home (England). I spent 5.5 months here before that and loved it (the scenery, the people, the dancing...).
At home I'm trying to become a Clinical Psychologist, but it's pretty hard to do! I've worked with people with autism, learning disabilities, psychosis etc. and love it. To keep it up I try to volunteer while I'm travelling too, which has been my favourite way to see a country and it's culture.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I did some couch surfing with a friend last time I travelled (we stayed with 3people and met a few others along the way). It was a great way to meet people, share cultures and see a place properly, and I'd love to do more of it, even it's just meeting for a drink.
Interests
At home I go climbing a couple of times a week at an indoor wall (I'd love to try more outdoors too). I go running (not far) and recently bought a ukulele that I absolutely cannot play! I love trying to dance (salsa, bachata &merengue so far), attempting Spanish and seeing and doing as much as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Right now I'm listening to Gypsy Kings. I'll listen to most things, except maybe heavy metal. I also have a lot of uncool music (my guilty pleasure is Prince Royce)!
I'll watch any film. My favourite is probably Into the Wild. I don't think I have a favourite book. Depends what mood I'm in!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did a lot of cool stuff last time I was in South America (Oruro carnival, a motorbike ride through a national park to waterfalls, climbing a volcano...). One of my favourite things was dancing on the beach. Some of my work at home has been pretty amazing too.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn as much as I can. Not sure what I can teach... I know British culture and some Psychology if you're interested in that?! I'd love to practice Spanish and can help with English too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Enthusiasm, interest in your life and culture, plus chat (in English or broken Spanish) about mine. I'll probably laugh at most of your jokes too and can attempt to cook you dinner!
Countries I’ve Visited
