My friends use to describe me as a open-minded, creativ person with pretty much different interests...

PHILOSOPHY

To my mind, it is important to enjoy what you have right now and not to forget to cherish it. As well as to focuse on what nd how you wanna be and work on it. I don't like this carpe diem stuff but I would prefer to say that everything has it's proper time and you should never wait for something to change your life but you are the only one that is responsible for letting the sun shine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What gt me to join couch surfing was this: it was some years ago when I lived in flat share and my roommate brought a nice guy to our home who came from north africa (he made a trip through europe).. It was a great experience to show him our town in a way that only residents can do. In return, he had some great stories to tell and even spend like an hour to sing for us.

Interests

I am actually interested in quite a lot of things, especially everything that has to do with art like dance- salsa ( which right now I try to teach my boyfriend Nick), ballet and modern dance in particular- painting, literatur, cinema, fashion and sewing and anything that has to do with handicraft :-)
Besides I like to spend time with my friends and make some trips to other cities or regions.
As I am quite francophile I really enjoy having the french frontier just next to my place- you should know that Paris is just 2 hours away with the train ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy the books of Tess Gerritsen as well as these from Diana Gabaldon.. well... I am a girl ;)

In the matter of music I have to admit being a huge fan of Muse, which is a british band of prog-rock. If you never heard of them before, I will surely make you listen to some of their songs. Same for Phantogram- Nick and me have been on a concert once back in the States and they completely killed it!!! But as I used to dance a lot I am open for any kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I probably would say that having spend 2 years in Paris was kind of a great experience for me.
