Hello! My name is Eva, I'm from Taiwan. Taiwan is an amazing place that has high mountain and surround by the sea, and that's why I love travel and outdoor activities : ) I participate mountain climbing club thus I have many chance to hiking, rock climbing and river tracing and I also like to snorkelling !

I major in textile and clothing, I believe through the develop of smart textile, it can definitely help the world become better. And I also have great interest in social enterprise, I can share the experience of those organisation I have participate with you : )

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I will go Sweden for an exchange program! It's definitely a good opportunity for me to understand different culture, history, and the daily life. I love to watch the movie, listen music, appreciate the artwork. I think no matter who we are,what language we speak, where we born, there has something that can connect us. Hope I can have chance to meet you and share our story together!

I love the nature and interested in the issue that protect the environment. When I go to climbing or go to beach, I will clean the trash as I can, I think it's our duty to protect our earth.

I am devoted myself to participating in public welfare activities, such as: volunteering in hospital, nursery, community care services, teaching the children who live in remote area and participating in social enterprise activities. From all these volunteering activities, I realized that helping others is the spring of happiness.

When I have free time, I like to go to museum to have more nutrients, no matter fine art, history, science, also, I'm a volunteer in art centre of our university, thus I have chance to learn how to arrange exhibits and introduce the works for the people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share the beautiful photo and story that I have been to also I can cook some Chinese cuisine together. And I have some keepsake from Taiwan and hope can share my lovely country with you.
