About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To marvel at new cities, to share and hear new stories, to explore the world outside of my own comfort zone.
ABOUT ME
My most favorite things in life are comics, cafes, Art Nouveau paintings and architecture, a couple of good beers, camping, light-hearted friends, walking in a city, and a really really good book. I love camping and getting dirty on a really good hike; I am low-maitenence and take pleasure in living simply. I like to try new things like Tapas cooking classes, Bikram yoga, and sketching a few comics of my own at home.
I bought a one-way ticket to Prague, and am waiting to see what happens next.
Recent college graduate. I grew up near Milwaukee in the US, and still live in the area.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in the power of stories.
I find happiness in living simply.
I think curiosity is the greatest virtue.
I find meaning in life by learning something new every day.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite books: One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, Tropic of Cancer by Henry Miller, Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi, and the Sandman series by Neil Gaiman.
Favorite Movies are anything by Woody Allen, and a lot of old gangster-type movies and shows such as Goodfellas and the Sopranos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was studying in Florence, and instead of waiting in a grueling line for the Museum, I bought a Nectarine at a local market and ate it in the street, at the feet of some incredible marble statues. That night, I went to an orchestra concert in the huge gardens, and then rode my bike around empty cobblestone streets at midnight.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share doodling or sketching sessions with you, conversation and laughs.
I would like to learn new cooking skills, about foods and beers, listening to music at home or at a concert.
