If I could be an animal, I would love to be a big bird in the mountains, able to fly long distances, seeing the world.
If I could be a body of water, I would love to be a little mountain creek, clean and healthy and fun to play with.
If I could be a color, I would love to be yellow, optimistic and tolerant with a little green stripe, grounded and down to earth.
If I could be a fruit, I would love to be coconut, healthy and nourishing.
If I could have a superpower, I would love to be able to fly, seing the whole world, broadening my awareness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh, there are so many. Of course there are the milestones I will never forget: travelling 17 months on end, finishing a 26day vipassana retreat, living in San Francisco, etc. But there are also all the little moments, where nothing special has to necessarily be going on: a very peaceful moment at the beach, a great dinner with friends, a walk in the forest, an early morning bike ride, etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you the beauty of San Francisco, I can practice some yoga with you and I can teach you how to make my favorite parsnip soup.
And of course I want to learn! How to surf, how to finally tune my bike, how to speak spanish.
