About Me
Curiosity is in my genes and has been always pushing me out of my comfort zone, where they say, 'life begins'.
At this magical universe of the unknown, I got lost, I found myself, I grew up, I found (and keep finding) my important beloved others, and I learned that our position in the world is random, but the self we want to be is not; is a choice.
What I chose to be; a passionate advocate of change, working at the charity/international development sector, believing in education and empowerment, dedicated to fight social inequalities.
Greek nationality on my passport, global citizenship in my heart, Londoner in my reality for the time being.
And as part of my global consciousness (ok and to feed my curiosity), I keep travelling to get lost and find myself again, to taste any possible flavour of this planet, to listen to any kind of different music created by nature or the soul of another human being, to be impressed by nature's and human's accomplishments, buildings, temples, pyramids, castles, skyscrapers and underwater civilisations, to see how people live and understand how they experience that living.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because Couchsurfing means you can travel more & experience everything like a local!
Interests
I love food, not in a pathological way actually, but I hate gym at the same time.
I love cozy coffee places and I'm in love with coffee, from the bean till the last sip of my drink.
I love alternative walking tours, even in my own city and street art.
I love finding hidden secret places in the cities I'm visiting or living.
I love reading books at the trains, and mixing the plot of the book with the out of my window scenery.
I love music in all of its magnificence; I play the guitar, I sing, I dance (not even close to professional), I stop to listen to street artists, I go to concerts, I go to tiny pubs with live music, I am 24/7 connected to Spotify.
