About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Inspire and get inspired.
ABOUT ME
"When in Rome, live like the Romans."
That is my travel philosophy. Meaning that wherever I go, I immerse into the culture. By meeting with locals, learning the basics of the language, trying the national cuisine and visiting the "hidden" gems of a city, I try to experience every aspect of a foreign country.
The more I learn about the world around me, the more I learn about myself.

PHILOSOPHY
"Slowly dies he who becomes a slave to habit,
repeating the same journey every day,
he who doesn't change his march, he who doesn't risk ...
... Slowly dies he who doesn't travel, he who doesn't read,
he who doesn't listen to music...
...Being alive requires a much larger effort
than the simple act of breathing."

Interests
I like planning but my plans never work. That's why life is so exciting!
I like singing even when I don't really get the right notes.
I like reading and I love writing.
I like photography because pictures excite me, especially when they bring back some memories.
I like travelling more than anything else I already mentioned. It makes me feel alive. I am always thrilled when I plan a trip; always happy when I travel and always excited to share some travel stories from the past.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I remember the first time I saw the Eiffel tower. It was at night on Christmas a few years ago. We were in a hurry and I was supposed to just take a picture of it and go. I could not, though. I was so amazed by this structure I've seen dozens of times on TV, in magazines, on the Internet ... Everywhere! Still, to experience it yourself is a whole different thing. An incredible thing. So beautifully lit, the tower looked somehow magical. On the next day - I saw it in the daylight. Just a bunch of metal pieced together. But the feeling I got that night is what I love the most about travelling - the thrill, the excitement about something new. I do travel to see things, but above all - I travel to experience!
