Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION Exploration and discovery of people, places, and ideas. Side mission: I'm incredibly interested in how cultures of different entities (be it religion, sports, food, whatever) overlap within a single culture - something I always try to explore when I travel. ABOUT ME Good energy. Artist. Explorer. Creator. Maker. Filmmaker. Engineer. Photographer. Podcaster. Hiker. Sailor. Diver (scuba and sky). Yes man. Meditator. Swimmer. Beach Bum. Marathoner. Cinephile. HYPE man. I was born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA by the beach. I am always craving the ocean wherever I go, so I'm always looking for a place to swim and dive. I went to school at MIT in Boston and, before I went to college, I had never left the east coast of the US. In college, I got to travel for the first time and was immediately hooked. Only a few years later, I've done an internship in India, filmed a documentary in Nepal, meditated in Thailand, taught physics in Jordan, produced a podcast in Morocco, ran the marathon in Greece, and made a 3D model of coral reef in Mexico. I studied computer science with a focus on visualization and computer graphics and so I’m really into storytelling through different technology mediums. After college, I worked at Pixar Animation Studios and now I do ocean exploration back at MIT. In the US, I've lived in Sandwich (yes... Sandwich), MA; San Francisco, CA; currently live in Boston, MA. MY PHILOSOPHY peace be the journey. adventure is out there.
