I love sports that get me into the mountains or on to a body of water.
I'm really into meditation because I've been dealing wirh mental Illness for the past few years. Taking the time to breathe and focus on sensations really calms me down and keeps me grounded.
I love hanging out with friends, meeting new people and going to music festivals. I love music and dancing.
I consider myself an open, caring person, but depression can get in the way sometimes of what I'm able to express.
Currently working at a bike shop in Banff.

I'm on couch surfing to meet good people and give travellers the chance to crash affordably here in Banff.
I've had good experiences so far with the people on this site and I hope to continue that.

I like to be grounded. Just feeling like I'm mentally in tune with myself is something I seek on a day to day basis. I love life the most when I'm taking care of my body and usually the mind follows into place.
I like to meet new people, play music and get to know new friends.
