I am a young film-maker who works part time at a video/music store. I'm a fairly easygoing person who loves to meet new people and gets along well with others. At age 5 I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a condition on the Autism Spectrum that impacts ones social behavior and understanding of a social situation), though it doesn't even come close to defining me as a person. I have learned over years of life-experience to use it to my advantage and accomplish great things. Those who know me can't even tell that I have it haha

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm at a point in my life where I've decided that it's time for me to get out and see the world. I'm afraid that I cannot host anyone at this time as I am living with my parents. Currently looking for people to meet during my travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have spoken with famed documentary film-maker Michael Moore about a project I am working on called Awkward Love - a film that (when completed) will cover the subject of dating and intimacy for people with Aspergers Syndrome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people about Asperger's Syndrome, and how it is likely to impact a person in their day-to-day life.

I can also teach people about writing, film philosophy and theory.

And of course, teach hosts about the part of Canada I grew up in. It's a great country, though I haven't seen much of it (yet!!)
