I'm an engineer with artistic hobbies. I like to hike and bike.... I like joyrides on an electric 2-wheeled vehicle. I'm a jazz dork sometimes. Hoping to organize a beginner quartet someday and/or help create a new jazz venue somewhere. I have a history of tinkering and making all sorts of things.

I made a 55mph 5-speed motorcycle go 82mph via 1-speed with only a front brake and 25 miles of range. It was a nice way to get from the Nashville airport to downtown Nashville and back on one charge, but very sketchy
