About Me
Humble unconventional traveler seeking the best of conversation along with immersion in the places I find myself.
I live in the rural mountain west in Wyoming and love it here because the sense of openness and peace reflects the way my heart opens up when surrounded by wild places like the rocky mountains.
I am a jack of many trades such as business, property management, mechanical systems and machines, carpentry, computers to some extent, etc..
I also love to cook healthfully, exercise preferably outside, yoga, board sports, biking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When you visit a place you never truly experience it if you are just playing a part in manufactured interactions. I am hoping to escape that part of "vacation" and find out what's really going on in your world, Hopefully couchsurfing is a great way to find that.
Music, Movies, and Books
reggae/world beats, acoustic/folk/bluegrass, jam, prog ...things like that (eclectic)
I love comedy, philosophy, political satire, cerebral podcasts, sustainable inclusive economies and agricultural systems,
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Through Heart to Heart International youth helping youth as high schoolers in the midwest we solely raised local money to purchase supplies and cover transport for a disadvantaged youth relief mission distributed to both Palestinian, and Israeli aid organizations. As a show of solidarity with the youngest victims of armed conflict.
I also go in the mountains with trusted friends and slide down them on a snowboard and alpine climb or maybe repelling a slot canyon with a rope and that can be pretty amazing too!
