Hi! My name is Evan, I grew up in Canada in the forest. I live beside a lake, in Gatineau hills park. I grew up spending my days outside exploring the woods and trails in my backyard.

I'm currently in Argentina at Minerva University - a selective U.S based university from San Francisco. We travel to 7 different countries over the course of 4 years. Which I why I'm here in Argentina now. I'm studying Brain Cognition and Behaviour as well as Design Across the Humanities. If you don't know what this means I'm more than happy to explain!

I have many interests in Marin Biology, Environmentalism, Documentary Film Making, Camping, and so on :D I like art, and being outdoors, and care about both physical and mental well-being.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I’m in Argentina I would like to travel outside Buenos Aires to see other countries and meet new and different people. It's really easy to see the world from a tourist perspective but it's always much more meaningful to really get to know someone, from fun/deep conversations to simply seeing how you live your day-to-day. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Planted 100,000+ trees in three months, working 11hrs a day, camping in the forests and mountains of northern Canada. On my best day, I planted 6,000 saplings in a single day!

This was also my first time seeing the Northern Lights :)
