I'm a very easy going person and enjoy meeting new people. I moved into Connecticut about 2 years ago for my first job out of college. I work to help reduce building energy. My favorite times are spent out in the world biking skiing or just going new places.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to participate by hosting many travelers and by surfing myself. I have just moved to Connecticut so I look forward to discovering new parts of it with whoever I may be hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a week road tripping around Tazmania with some Couch Surfers and have hosted two person at my place. Both were great experiences and I can't wait for more!

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: O.A.R., Alternative, Folk, Frank Sinatra, Dave Matthews Band, Country
MOVIES: mainly comedies but ill watch anything. I really like documentaries that engage your thoughts and beliefs, also old ski movies like Warren Miller.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Toured a week in Tasmania with people meet via couch surfing
-A solo bike tour up the coast of California
-Hiked the trans Catalina Trail
-Hiking 2 weeks in New Mexico, sitting out under a star filled sky watching shooting stars
- Canoeing in remote parts of Canada, seeing more Moose than people
- Any time walking in fresh and falling snow

I can teach some hypnosis techniques! nothing to be scared of its just deep relaxation that gives your mind some time to take a break from everyday stresses. I love to learn . . . space, life, cool facts,how others live and get by with less
