Me. I'm a 3rd year Data Science student currently on exchange in the UK. I'm pretty easygoing and friendly. I like visiting natural history museums a lot. Travelling is one of my favourite things to do and I'm hoping to meet lots of people while travelling!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and learn about new cultures. Now that I have the opportunity to travel around myself, I think Couchsurfing is a great avenue for me to meet new people wherever I go. And of course there's nothing quite like experiencing a place through a local's perspective!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Mostly pop and indie pop. Panic! At The Disco, Troye Sivan, Halsey, The 1975, Billie Eilish, it goes on much longer! I also love acoustic and singer-songwriter music.

Movies:
National Treasure and The Da Vinci Code type of movies. I enjoy musicals immensely, though I admit I don't think I have watched many of them (Sound of Music is a family favourite.) Also, biography movies
The Big Short, Spotlight, Sing Street, Marvel, The Blind Side.

TV shows:
Some all-time favourites are Doctor Who and Stranger Things. I also tend to like historical stuff like The Crown.
Also: Parks and Rec, Friends, Supernatural, Sherlock, Game of Thrones,

Books:
Harry Potter(!!), Dan Brown, non-fiction books and biographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed a somewhat tall mountain in Seoul (it was only 836m) and halfway through I thought I might die (due to a series of bad decisions) but I did it anyway!

I'll be the first person to admit that I don't have the greatest command of Chinese but I'd love to share my knowledge with you :)
I also have random pieces of knowledge about animals and humans. (Did you know that humans used to have a third eyelid??)
Currently attempting to learn French and would be cool to get some practice!
