First day of January 2017 I've decided to smile more than I was doing before. Someone laughed at me saying I was already smiling too much to do such a thing. I answered him that it was not about smiling a lot but about smiling more. I keep that in my mind each day for the bad ones, when I am tired, unhappy, angry... I smile to myself first, then to the other and everything became easier to live.

I think that it's important to do stuff and believe that even if it's not perfect it's still something. If we look back in the past... we can always say : "Oh.. I've changed so much, I've made so much. The change is huge, amazing, incredible." Things will go on and go better that's my philosophy.

In 2023 my life looks like this : hikes, militant cooking, hikes, work, cooking for me, hikes and others stuff.

I love : positives thoughts, reading, hiking, run barefoot, laugh, take care of children, stare at stars, listen to birds, feel the wind, dance on Bollywood music, eat lentils and beans, take care of my friends, etc.

For me it is important that the food I eat makes me happy and feel good. And I do think the same for each thing I do or each choice I have to make in my life : happiness, pleasure, feeling good are the main words in my life. I also think that changing the way we talk to children is significant for our future...

It's been since 2016 that I haven't use CS. I can see that my english isn't that fluent.
I'd like to welcome surfers again (even if my new flat is a bit more small...) cause it was always great meet when I was doing it with my flatmate.
