I love cafes and bakeries, good conversation, and (really) long walks and runs in the mountains. I generally try to spend as much time outside as possible. I live with my girlfriend Amber and our dog Liam, who also enjoy running quite a bit!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I ran the Zion Traverse with a few friends- fifty miles of breathtaking views crossing Zion National Park.
