ABOUT ME

Hello, moi, namaste, konnichiwa, jebale ko ssebos & nnyabos!

I'm a huge fan of the spirit of Couchsurfing, and my experiences through CS have been great so far. I just recently returned from the Bristol Fellowship from Hamilton College, my university in the United States. Over the last12 months, I lived in Finland, Japan, India, and Uganda. During my travels, I am completing a research project on the architecture of school buildings and connections with pedagogy. I am hoping to return to the favor of being hosted by so many awesome people while I was abroad, and I am looking forward to showing visitors around Baltimore. Hoping to meet more peeps when I leave the US-of-A again.

I don't smoke, like a good beer, and play the guitar.

I would be especially appreciative if you had a couch like these - http://www.buzzfeed.com/peggy/couches-that-ensure-youll-never-leave-your-home-again - but I will pretty much sleep on anything nice and comfy. Unfortunately, I don't have any couches like that....

兴趣

Hiking, playing the guitar and singing along to favorite songs, baseball, american football. Favorite topic of conversation = FOOD. Basically I genuinely love the process of getting to know someone else.

Movies - I Iove the Big Lebowski and anything by the Cohen Brothers. I am a huge fan of movies that have endings with a twist - Inception, Usual Suspects, Fight Club, Momento, and the Departed.

Music - Rolling Stones, John Mayer, Ben Howard, Stevie Ray Vaughan. I am a huge fan of blues music, and definitely like playing some on the guitar.

Books - I love the Great Gatsby, short stories by Melville, Ender's Game, and Into the Wild.
