ABOUT ME

Well, something about myself? Difficult to do without a mirror!

What I do know is that I don't like to sit on my own, which is probably the reason why I joined couchsurfing in the first place...

I love traveling, having been to Asia, US, most of Europe already. But there's so much more to explore!

I'm now living in Antwerp, which is a "big" city in Flanders, Belgium. That's cool, as you can travel to just about any European country, and even cross 5 borders in 150km! That's the cool part of living in such a tiny country :)

I tend to keep myself busy all day, till I fall asleep. But I know of myself that I'm on my best in the evening/night. What doesn't mean that I'm a dead corpse during day!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm an allrounder in Music: from Techno - Dance and Rock 'n Roll to Classical music. That last strange one might have to do with my piano studies, which I did for 10 years, and in which I learned to appreciate classical music a lot.

I love 'real' dancing, although I don't do it that often yet...

Movies & books: fantasy really is my piece of cake :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Indonesia with some friends and did the tour. We slept in little "hotels" just next to the locals. We went on busses with Indonesians and heard their stories. Sometimes, it was a confronting, but utterly rewarding experience!
