Hello world ! I am Caroline, turning 25 this summer and wrapping up 4 years of wandering around. I flew to Indonesia upon turning 21 and spent 9 months exploring South East Asia, to then go make money and more memories in Australia for a year. A short lapse back home only left me wanting to go and uncover more of this big world so I found myself here last July, in Victoria, BC. After a year or so cooking at a fancy-schmancy restaurant downtown or strumming my guitar somewhere pretty, I will be packing up my knives and heading back home to Quebec.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Through the years, I met uncountable Couchsurfers, attended to a few (always amazing) events, and have had the opportunity to stay at other people's homes across the globe and often left having gained a friend or two. I find it amazing how connecting this platform is for adventure-seeking, soul-searching, open-minded humans. Obviously, locals know best. I will happily take notes on must-see places I may have not heard of, or better yet check it out ourselves.

I have a great love for travel, cooking, photography, music, people, mountains, bold red wine and strong coffee. I enjoy learning new things everyday. Always seeking for first times and eye-opening moments.
