About Me
Hello world! It's crazy to think someone from anywhere on the planet could be reading these lines right now... I better make a good impression!
I am from Quebec, Canada. If you don't know much about this corner of the world, I'll be more than happy to tell you all about it!
I just finished my bachelor's degree in Community and Public Affairs. I am a climate justice activist and I aim to be a full-time community organizer.
I'm eager to explore the world, meet new people from every culture and open myself to new possibilities (I feel like this sounds very cliché but it's still true to me ahah)!
I try my best to be curious, openminded, kind and of good company!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I realized that the connections, the sense of community and the kindness I receive from friendly people in new countries are what I remember and cherish most from my travels. I want to expand my collection of these memories and hopefully become part of others’ travel memories in the same way
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
Almost everything: folk, indie, rock, alternative, hip-hop, pop.... I am especially obsessed with Queen. There's also a very special place in my heart for the Beatles and the Killers.
Movies: Lord of the rings (one of my favorite memories is doing a night marathon of LOTR), Star Trek, X-Men... I also like rom-coms, documentaries, historical dramas
TV shows: Game of Thrones, X-files, Doctor Who, Sense8, Brooklyn-99, Parks &Recreation, and many more (netflix is my curse)
I also love reading (fantasy and sci-fi), my favorite author is Neil Gaiman, and my childhood was filled with the Chronicles of Narnia and Harry Potter.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I completed my diving certification in the freezing waters of the North Coast of Quebec, that was pretty crazy! I've also dived in Mexico where I came face to face with a barracuda, which was both terrifying and amazing!
I think the travels I did by myself (Ireland, Central Europe, New Zealand) are some of my biggest accomplishments.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you'd like to learn French, I'd love to help out! I also love history and was a tour guide for over 2 years
