Overview
About Me
I'm an 21 y-o Student from Germany who spend 2 years as an Au Pair in the States (Boston). I now live back in Germany studying English and German in Culture/language/literature. I'm an easy going person and love to meet new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hoped to find places to stay during my travels in the US, to explore new areas and the people who live there. I loved to find out how people in the different parts of the U.S. live and get an inside of their little world for a while. Now I hope I get to visit many more countries, get to know many more cultures.
I hope that I can learn from the people that I meet, not only about the area but also for life :)
Interests
I'm easy going and open for almost everything, that allows me to be spontaneous and, as much as I can say that, fit in easily.

Music, Movies, and Books
I absolutely love reading but I don't have enough time (nor would anyone like to read it) to write down every single book that I enjoyed in my life. Let's just set there are a lot and it all started with Harry Potter in school.... cliché, I know...
My music taste variates depending on my mood but is also very broad. I basically enjoy every kind of music as long as it sounds nice and is not a German "Schlager-song" or a deep country song...
Some of my favorites are panic at the disco, fall out boy, linkin park, Jon Bellion, Eminem.... And so on..
Movies are probably the same, I watch almost everything as long as the plot sounds interesting....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know if it qualifies as "amazing" but I experienced my student exchange in high school to France as quite cool and when I came to the U.S. without a real plan, just because I could. That was quite exciting because of the load of new impressions that opened themselves up to me in a complete strange environment.... Looking back now, being an Au Pair for almost 2 years right after High school was probably the best decision I've ever made. I met tons of awesome people, that I'm glad to have in my life and gained a lot of experiences.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn about different ways of life in the different parts of the world.
At the same time I'm not shy to share what it's like in Germany in comparison!
