I'm a 23 year old singer/artist and first time backpacker spending two months traveling to a slew of destinations throughout Europe. I'm loosely traveling with a friend and am looking to meet a few along the way:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to get a a more intimate perspective on the culture of any given city or town I may find myself in along my travels. Its much easier to make connections to people who may be able to provide travel tips, activity ideas or suggest food and drink, etc. Also as a freelance artist from NYC, con$ervation is key; taking time away from hostels may alleviate some of the financial burden.

Amazing experiences are subjective but I think leaving school early and starting over in a new city was pretty terrifyingly amazing

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've always been a fan of the barter system; I work in tattooing and it comes in handy quite often. I'm used to trading goods and services. If I sense a mutual generosity between us I am most likely inclined to create a piece of art for you but I'm open to suggestions of course:)
