I'm a 27-year-old freelance audio transcriber and editor. My chap and I are fairly silly, nerdy types with a love of board games, Warhammer, making up silly words and affectionately referring to most animals as 'pigs' (we love pigs).

Our dog, Raph, is a wee bit nervous and is best ignored until he works up the courage to give you a sniff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My family almost all live in France and we have a dog, so looking for a pet-friendly stop-point so we can sleep before the ferry and long drive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered for two weeks in a wildlife sanctuary in Thailand (WFFT) before meeting up with family to travel over land from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh for the next two weeks. I'm part Vietnamese, so it was all very exciting, until I found out the hard way that you shouldn't go out in the rain in Southeast Asian cities! I ended up stuck in bed with the flu at the end of the trip, but still got to see my uncle and meet some amazing people along the way.
