ABOUT ME

I'm currently travelling with Ben Marshall (http://www.couchsurfing.org/profile.html?id=70NSA1P), an old hand at travelling and couch surfing. Internet is scarce for us in Central America at the moment, so if you'd like to know a bit more about this mysterious pair then check out his page or drop either of us a line.

Me...
I'd like to try my hand at as many creative endeavors in life as I can and am eager to learn as much as I can... but first I'll have to become at expert at time management.

I've done a lot of drawing, a bit of writing, puppetry, theatre, radio, I studied film and television and then ran away to work at Disney World for six months to regress to my childhood. Being away has made me desperate to learn as many new skills as I can, so upon my gallant return home I intend to try my hand at an instrument or two and inflict the sound of an untrained, practising ear on my friends.

I love silent films and their era. I adore Buster Keaton and wish I had any sort of talent close to his, but instead I currently make do with my party trick of suctioning a water bottle to my forehead.
I have a collection of about 36 pocket watches and unfortunately just about all the batteries have died at the same time. It's going to be a long, expensive process to get them ticking again...

I love live performance, especially (good) standup comedy, but music and theatre are always satisfying.
