Hello there!

I am a 24-year-old French Canadian girl from Quebec. I am currently based in Beirut, Lebanon, where I am finishing my undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations at the American University of Beirut.

I love to have conversations about anything, take long walks around big cities, read, listen to music and meet all kinds of people. My principal interests also include literature, history, languages and politics.

I love socializing and believe to be a pretty outgoing person but I also love spending chill one-on-one evenings at home with friends cooking or listenning to music.

I am also pretty active and love cycling. Back home, my only means of transportation are biking and walking, and so, even in the winter.

I use Couchsurfing because I believe there isn't any better way of traveling than through meeting locals and getting to know the culture through getting in touch with the community of a place.
I don't travel only in order to see places, but to meet and bound with people. I also aspire to exchange and learn as much as possible through my trips.

I also enjoy techno and electronic music as I love to go out and party on weekends.

As for movies, anything by Ingmar Bergman, Kkrzysztof Kieslowski or Agnes Varda is what truly gets me. I must admit I am a sucker for HBO series such as Sex and the City and Girls.

Literature-wise, Faulkner, Hemingway, Ginsberg, Woolf and Joyce are my go-to authors.
