ABOUT ME

I'm an open down to earth sort of person who loves to meet new people and make friends. I'm polite in a very English sort of way (!)and a bit shy at first(!)a good listener, and I'm happy to share silences as well as chats and having a laugh. Being with younger people a lot has kept me young at heart. I truly love my life, and am so grateful to my family and friends who help to make it so special for me! I love the wild places, being in the sun, and a bit of city life as well.

I will hopefully be offering my couch as soon as I get back to it!
Meanwhile I'm hoping to meet others on CS and share their experiences/sleep on their couches!!

Meeting people! Also I absolutely love music of many genres, and dancing is one of my favourite things. I also love to do yoga and go to the beach and to parties. The countryside and its flora and fauna, architecture, art and crafts, gardening and walking, & living in the moment are all things I love as well.

Walking on a glacier(although found out later that was very dangerous and not allowed!) and going INSIDE another glacier-in Switzerland.

I'm able to offer teaching English as a foreign/second language, plus some horticultural skills.
I'd like to learn better Portuguese and to become a yoga teacher.
