About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To build the perfect tree house for my best friend & I to live in. She doesn't know this yet, but she'll be stoked. Cos it'll have flying cables connecting us to the jungles of the Amazon and the beaches of Jamaica. ROCK!

ABOUT ME

Ha! I reckon my best friends would say I have a very animated way of telling stories, I have a highly active imagination, I get passionate about creative pursuits, and I love socialising in general. I think they'd also agree that my jokes are very freaking hilarious.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Osaka Japan about 4 years ago but have no idea what happened to my profile from back then so I made a new one.. Awesome experiences with rad people!

Interests

I spend my business hours as a Design Consultant. It's creative, fun, and the projects vary. I generally like to meet up with friends 4 or 5 nights a week. During "me time" I love photography, sketching, art, making things, reading, cooking, brainstorming my amazing future, and occasionally watching something on tv that will deliberately switch my brain off and send me to sleep!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volcano in Nicaragua - Did a 6hr trek up a volcano for the first time. Once I reached the top I was surrounded by vivid, lush greenery and a large lake in the middle. It was amazing. I took my shoes off and relaxed for half an hour..then I began the 5hr descent, which left my knees hurting and changed the colour of my left big toenail for a while!

Sahara Desert - Rode a few hours into the depths of the Sahara on a camel, where I ate dinner with a local desert boy and then sat on the highest dune to take in the view. He eventually came back with a rug and pillow for me because I just couldn't peel myself away and go back to the tribe's camp. It was dark, but warm. All I could see was a zillion stars and all I could hear was a very faint drumming in the distance.
