I recently moved from Asheville, NC to Portland, OR with my girlfriend. I'm originally from the the New England area in the U.S., but have moved 40 times since. I have lived in NYC, Atlanta, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, England and Japan. I passionately work in the field of bioenergetics (an alternative medicine that combines eastern medicine with western technology to discover the root of an emotional or physical imbalance), was the director of a Meisner acting conservatory in North Carolina, directed an international outdoor company in NYC, was a massage therapist, movement analyst, model, dancer and actor. I am driven in discovering truth, energy, the roots of things and the blueprint that it creates in life and medicine, the creative arts/process, dance and animals. I have been working most of my life and in the process of learning how to play again. Writing a new story.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I usually travel by touring on my bike so I always have had a place to stay on my back, but I always want to meet locals, get a more genuine feel for the culture and learn about things outside of the typical tourist bubble. I find that traveling that way can limit that kind of exposure. I also just genuinely enjoy getting to know people and their story. People fascinate me. And it's thru this kind of divine intervention, chance or whatever you want to call it that I've met some of the most wonderful friends that I've ever had.

I completed a mostly cross-country (United States) cycling tour for 3.5 months used to live in Japan and England, have hiked in Nepal and led adventure expeditions for outdoor companies all over North and Central America.

I work with energy in all of its forms, but most frequently with light, sound, frequency and emotion. I typically have my equipment with me. The work keeps me very humble. I have taught outdoor education, lifeguarding, first aid/cpr, fitness training, every facet of acting (meisner technique), dance (mostly modern and Michael Jackson choreography), tennis, English, and authentic voice and movement. I'm always open to sharing. Trying to learn the uke and guitar, more about energy and it's blueprint with life, connection and other dimensions. I'm engaging to learn more about frequency and its relationship with the universe, connection, alternative medicine and quantum science.
