If you are willing to teach me something, I'm totally up for that! I can share about meditation and mindfulness, vegetarian cooking and am currently studying Comparative Religious Studies.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love to travel, meet new people and go on adventures. I have never used couchsurfing, even though I'm already a member since 2012. Now it's the time to full-on engage with the couchsurfing experience! :-)

Intereses

I'm very passionate about downsizing and minimalism, because it gives me tremendous freedom. I e. g. inhabit a very small room in Vienna where I rest between my travels. It's relaxing to know that I can just grab my bags and move elsewhere in no time, but the downside is that it is to small to host people.

Música, películas y libros

I very much love all sorts of music, e. g. Psytrance and Techno, but I very much enjoy Hip-Hop and Dancehall, too. Also like Folk and Singer/Songwriter-stuff, Jazz, Classical Music (in concert) and quirky musical experiments.

Soooo many things!!! The last thing that left me speechless was standing on a beach in Iceland, scattered with huuuge blocks of blue ice, coming from the nearby glacier lagoon....

I work as a mindfulness and meditation teacher in different Buddhist monasteries in Europe. I spend about three months each year in retreat and I'm very happy to share about the art of mindful sitting, breathing, eating, walking......
