Hi! I work as a web-developer in St. Petersburg, where I moved a year ago. Before that I'd lived about 30 years in the very North of Russia. I'm trying to be up-to-date, always learn something new, keen on basketball, tennis fan. I can speak English fluently, passed IELTS exam.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couching is a perfect opportunity to meet new people from foreign countries, learn something new about the country. Despite being a guest in a new city, you understand local citizens' lifestyle. In addition, as an English learner, I reckon that it's a great chance to practice in English.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to dance or probably club music, internet radio stations. I'm not a big reader, tend to download books in English from Amazon and read on Kindle app in my phone. I currently struggle with reading Maria Sharapova's biography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me the greatest acheivement was mooving from my hometown to Saint Petersburg, the second biggest city in Russia and the heart of Russian culture.
