Working in VC industry which I enjoy very much. Free time (if there's any) is spent on different personal projects and acquiring new skill and doing new stuff. Among my recent accomplishments which I'm very proud of is kitesrufing. Also I'm in the process of getting started to train for August 2016 Iron Man Triathlon Race. Really love to travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best thing I love about travelling is absolute freedom and opportunity to make new spontaneous acquaintanceships. Contact with locals gives you a perfect chance to immerse yourself into the life of the new country and to look at the world from a different angle.
I also would be really glad if I could help other people to discover places I'm familiar with.
I discovered CS a long time ago but wasn't sure if it actually worked for me. Now I think I'm ready to try it out

Interests

My motto is "doing new stuff when you have a chance". That's why the list is really big - from music/movies to philisophy, investments and cooking. Me and my GF had our first tent-camping trip this year and that was so amazing. Now we'are camping fans.
I also do sports - a little bit of this and that - tennis, cycling, running, swimming, snowboarding and all kinds of water stuff (wakeboarding, wakesurfing and now - kitesurfing)

Music: I'm an old fan of Bon Jovi + I'm fan of the indie bands (interpol, national, phoenix, kings of leon, ok go, arcade fire, foals, alt-j and ...) + and good old ones (u2, Jamiraquai, massive attack) + jazz (miles davis, charlie parker)
Movies: Wes Anderson movies, Hitchcock movies with Cary Grant, David Lynch's some movies and all kinds of quality motion pictures.
Among favorite shows are: Seinfeld, Just Shoot Me, 30Rock, Futurama
Books: Oblomov, Dr. Zhivago

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to lost my wallet filled with credit cards and driver license in the middle of the airport. Two hours later I was able to recover it absolutely untouched. Call it a luck but that thing is amazing

Teach, Learn, Share

I've seen a couple of thousands of early-stage startups and can teach you about stuff that you should never do as I founder. I also can share lots of different stories of my life which somebody I hope would find it entertaining.

I would love to learn about photography and video-shooting. Every time I try to create a great movie from traveling videos it is a big moment of frustration
