ABOUT ME

Since I was a small child, I have been traveling all around the world. I adore traveling and meeting new people so much, that´s why I am here:-)

I was told about the couchsurfing by my friends in 2009. I really would like to find friends here, share the experiences with them and at least keep in touch!

My dream of studying at Ivy League has become true.
I obtained my MA degree at the University of Pennsylvania where I focused on Organizational Dynamics and leadership.

According to my interest in education, traveling and languages I also applied for Erasmus, which enabled me to study abroad. Therefore, I studied in Greece. Firstly in Ioannina and then in Thessaloniki. I considered it as my new life experience and I was more than happy for this opportunity that occured!

I´m a very sociable person with sense of humor. I love animals, music, languages, books and night talks with wine. My friends always say that I am an active listener with positive attitude and ebullient personality who loves making people happy :)

I realised that traveling only is not enough for me. I like moving to new places for some time to learn more about the cultures. I don't want to put my "flags" in as many countries as possible. I prefer staying a little bit longer in one place, sometimes coming back to the one I've been before to visit my friends...

MY LIFE PHILOSOPHY

- Help somebody in need, even if you will never see them again. Somebody will help you in return when you least expect it and you will never see them again either.

- If it doesn't kill you it will only make you stronger.
(or If it doesn´t kill you, it will try to kill you again:-D)

- Value happiness more than you value pleasure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host, when I can. I´ve organized few meetings (groups of couchsurfers meeting up together).When I´m not available, I´m happy to provide some info to couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I always love to talk to people, including Couchsurfing. Unfortunately, most messages I have recieved started with:

Hi, my name is...(I do have a name, you can call me Eva:)

I need to stay here for... (I would start with "Hi")

or I recieve "past and copy messages".

Therefore, I decided not to reply to these messages. That´s why my percentage of reply is very low. I do not wanna waste my time with responding to people who do not spend enough time with their request.

Music, Movies, and Books

I never tend to read books. Since I found a book by Jack Canfield and his principles of success while my staying in Canada, I realized that books give me more than I´d ever expect:-)

I like Jack Canfield, Cecilia Ahern, Timothy Ferriss, Allan&Barbara Pease.

My favorite music is definitely trance, techno, house, dance music in general;-) but I also like to listen to Mozart or Beethoven
