Can't name just one, but the best thing was probably taking a gap year! Other amazing things I've done are working in a B&B in Norway, working as an au pair in Sweden and the Netherlands, working as a general counselor on a summercamp in America, parachute diving, driving ATV's in the snow covered mountains and just travel whenever and wherever possible!
