ABOUT ME

My husband and I have 3 grown children, a son-in-law 2 miniture schnauzers, a cat and, lots of backyard birds even though we have a cat. We own and operate a restaurant and bakery and have for 20 years. We like to travel for the fun of it and, meeting new people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea of people using other resources to travel rather then mainstream. It's nice to travel somewhere and get to know some locales that can tell you about things you would probably not find out about the area otherwise.

We hosted Haley a young women from Maine in May and she was a pleasure.

I love to read as much as I can about what I am interested in as far as my art and cooking.
My husband Doug is a big history buff and is always reading books on the subject.

My husband and I have 3 beautiful children that we raised together and they are each amazing!
