About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Letting go off fears, negativity and rigid mind sets and being part of the positive, constructive change - being the change - going with the flow :)

ABOUT ME

I am a human being who values life in general and in all its forms, strives to learn and grow, to open my mind and "heart" and to enjoy and live in the Now. I would describe myself as a very outgoing, open, positive, curious and peaceful person, who is looking for alternative ecological, economic, social, and free forms of living and working. I want to integrate science and logic as well as intuition and spirituality into my decisions as well as the ultimate goal to make the best of time on earth, for myself and for other beings.

PHILOSOPHY

Be happy and make others happy! Expect nothing and appreciate everything! Be in the moment! Be true to others and yourself! <3 Love life and yourself!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I live in one place for a longer period, I enjoy hosting people, but more frequent I have couchsurfed, to get to know locals and travellers likewise and to share ideas, knowledge and stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed with a very sweet couple in Stockholm, Sweden, and with my now very close Mexican friend Oli both in London, England, and Puebla, Mexico. I also stayed with Hans from Germany in Oaxaca, Mexico. I have hosted a very friendly guy from Belgrade, Serbia, who is a photographer in Miami, Florida.

Music, Movies, and Books

there are soooo many books, movies and songs that have formed who I am and still continue to inspire me to discover more of myself and the world. just the recent books (in order): Richard David Precht "Wer bin ich udn wenn ja, wie viele?"; Jonathan Safran Foer "Eating Animals"; Herman Hesse "Siddartha"; Stanislav Grof "Realms Of The Human Unconscious: Observations From LSD Research"; "Systemic Psychology for Dummies"; Paul Watzlawick "The Situation Is Hopeless, But Not Serious: The Pursuit of Unhappiness"; Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now"; Aldous Huxley "Brave Bew World"; Dalai lama "Beyond Religion: Ethics for a Whole World"

I enjoy listening to music such as electronic music (chilout, deephouse, afterhour, goa, ambient, techhouse,...), classic rock, reggae, and much more :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived without electricity and running water in the jungle

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to cook vegan food together, share my recipes as well as learn new ones. I enjoy practicing yoga but am not discilpined enough to perform it by myself on a regular basis.
