There is no mission, just a constantly unfolding beauty to the eyes who can be present.

A slowly reawakening soul into the True Essence of What I am, remembering, follow my passions like the water follow its flow, making the world a better place, while having fun and spreading love. Let your soul-light shine so that others struggling souls may be lit.

ABOUT ME:

In short : I love life and I love the journey that I have been walking. Too much to write so I hope we’ll be able to share some time together and talk in front of some good tea, vegetarian/vegan food or Raw Chocolate..

some of what I do and like doing.:

- I am a qualified Zen Shiatsu Practitioner and also practice Thai Massage and Energy healing. Shiatsu (and TRADITIONAL CHINES MEDICINE) is one of my life passion. A life-changing approach to health which has truly revolutionized my life for the better, and changed my perception of energy, existence, love and the human body. SO FASCINATING!!!! - I am into daily meditation practice and I am exploring philosophies such as Buddism, Daoism and Islam
- I also Studied Physical Theatre and I love Short-Improv style, particularly interested in how to use my skills in street theatre to contribute to the solution of some of today’s world problems.
- I DANCE..... lots and love 5 Rhythms movement medicine practice (www.5Rhythms.com), letting my body entering trance, letting the music flow through every cell. I have developed a
- I am a qualified Shibashi Qi-Gung Instructor and I would love to share some Qi-Gung theory or practice with you! :)
- Energy healing such as Reiki, and some shamanic work with Medicine Teachers plants like Mother Ayahuasca (Interested? let’s meet!)
- Spinning Fire-Staff and love fire in general, and juggling
- I sing and love harmonies … Harmonies and music vibration, healing of the soul! (If you come to Edinburgh you are most warmly welcome to a weekly informal Monday Singing group. I sing in a Georgian and in a Balkan 3 parts poly-harmony singing groups in Edinburgh
- I play music, Piano (often improvisation blindfolded), saxophone, some guitar, Djembes, Jews harps and Shruti box. I have got singing bowls, one Harmonium and into Krishna Dass mantra chanting style impro.
- Love singing Mongolian overtone (throat) singing and using a loop pedals to great fun music!
- Making and eating Raw Chocolate or anything that is healthy
- Talking about Love and relationship. I am a lover constantly exploring the true nature of relationships, what is to be “authentic”, “authenticity”, not based on “ownership” but Trust and understanding of “who we are” and what is “Love” (in a Platonic sense) .. I am on a journey but I feel truly blessed for all I have learnt on the way. I am hand-fasted with a beautiful woman that I would love you to meet and to fall in love with !:)

I love and I’m interested in:
- Environmental conservation and biodiversity contemplation (magical world) - I work with children outdoor, doing gardening classes in deprived areas across Edinburgh.
- Travelling and meeting new people, no plans, hitchhiking
- Healthy living, making things out of trash, skipping.. (I started this www.Shurbcoop.com, now I let it go to its own life!)
- Indigenous culture, Traditional Chinese medicine, complementary therapies (Everything to do with the “Ki”), Celtic Medicine, rituals and sacred ceremonies
- Taoism, Buddhism and Zen
- Permaculture, especially applied in social contexts (I did 2 month applied Permaculture Design Course in Kenya, so happy to share knowledge and stories)
- Growing food, climate activism, direct actions
- Enthogenics and psychedelics, and their spiritual application in indigenous cultures
- Cooperatives (I have founded the Swap and Reuse HUB (SHRUB) Cooperative in Edinburgh, Scotland: see: www.SHRUBcoop.org. If you come to Edinburgh you should definitely come and visit! It is an inspiring place : it's mostly volunteers run and you'll be welcome to come around and visit, finding out more, experiencing the foolish amazing reality of "too much stuff" in this world. I have almost never had to buy anything in Edinburgh as everything (amazing stuff) is often thrown away by the intermittently arriving and departing student population.. Basically, if you'll need some second hand clothes or any other stuff, come visit!
- Non-violent communication and listening skills
- I like crazy things, serious discussion, storytelling, potlucks, critical mass, and vocal harmonies
- Festivals, be who you are. Non-judgement
- Lucid dreaming, Capoeira, massages, laughing, sharing, Meditation, cooking and playing (love after-dinner games which I can share!!), and most recently into the idea of "psychedelic" experiences (not intended as drugs, but literally psychedelics means "manifestation of the mind", from Greek.. Would love a nice chat about ego dissolution and human consciousness! :) ..Physical activities and outdoor are also something I want part of my life.. climbing, trekking, hiking, mountain biking, skydiving and wildlife rescuing.... I am not into shopping, but rather like reuse and shop around crazy people waste (do not get scared, it will all make sense if you meet me :).. - I have kind of stopped drinking alcohol and I tend to be mostly vegetarian.

Personal Philosophy:
- it's all a process of discovery, where the reactions are named consequences

- No one can be you, but yourself to be, so let it be you...
- "I once met a man who was so poor that the only thing he had was money..."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Performing as one of the two main archetypes of a Celtic living festival in Edinburgh. As such I ritualistically died and was reborn in front of about 12.000 spectators, dancing naked and completely painted green (as the Green man) the dance of the New to bring about a new fertile SUMMER!! :) (I can explain more when we meet)..

skydiving from 15000 feet and living for 1 months "alone and without walls" in the Thailand rain-forest!!just awesome...
