ABOUT ME

I am currently serving as a American Peace Corps Public Health Volunteer in Kenya. I work at a District Health Facility with the community surrounding issues of Public Health such as hand washing, vaccines and child care. I also teach in the schools regarding Life Skills. I enjoy spending me quiet afternoons cooking, listening to loud American music and reading the Game of Thrones series.

PHILOSOPHY

That life is cyclical and if you pay attention to the signals the universe will always give you what you need and show you what is un-neccessary.

I enjoy crosswords and all word games. I enjoy reading about science and tecnology as well as a good humorous short story. I love podcasts, I can ramble your ear off about all the ones I listen to if you let me. I occastionally sew when the feeling moves me. I enjoy watching innovative people and ideas come to popular media and into my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hiked a Exit Glacier in Alaska, played in the waves of the Baltic Sea, driven the entire coast of the Olympic Penninsula in Oregon, went caving under Budapest, seen an Opera in Vienna, swam in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Africa.
