About Me

Once you meet me, you will see this can be a very long story: I'm very talkative!

I was born and raised in Guatemala, my beloved tiny country, and have had the opportunity to grow amongst many people of different background and nationalities, it makes me a very curious person and eager to learn.

Currently, I live in Japan, trying hard to get my degree and then be able to share everything I have learned.

I am open-minded, very positive, a little silly, I live to learn and share good memories. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to learn more about people's culture, country, life, everything!
To travel and help travelers is like living twice.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is varied, from classical to hard metal. My favorite artists are James Maynard Keenan, Florence and the Machine, Cara Dillon and Shamshing pumpkins.
I love discovering the world's music and new sounds, so please share with me!

I am an avid reader of fantasy books, but also have a special place in my heart for classic novels. My favorite books I think is Much Ado About Nothing, The name of the wind, and Pride and Prejudice. But I am always ready to meet my new favorite book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to Japan!
It has been an amazing experience filled with ups and downs. But so far it has made me grow :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach painting! albeit simple things, I am still learning myself, but it is always fun to just play with paint with someone.

As for what I would like to learn? everything! hehehe
One lifetime is not enough to experience the whole world but sharing time and travel with wonderful people their culture becomes alive, I think this is the best way to learn.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very talkative and one of my hobbies is sharing stories, from history to mythology. I know quite a few from Guatemala and Latin America.

I am a coffee lover and I can surely share a home-cooked Guatemalan meal. If the ingredients are not available I am sure I can think of something yummy to cook and share.

Countries I’ve Visited

El Salvador, Mexico, South Korea, United States
