My name is Evy (ee-vee) Tran.
I am 24 years old.
My life long dream has been to travel everywhere around the world. And when that goal is accomplished, I'd like to revisit each place again (pretty much a never ending cycle).
I was a Guest English Teacher in South Korea for the Gyeongsangnam Office of Education. I taught on the 2nd largest island in South Korea called Geoje. Currently, I am in Boston, MA, USA.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet people all around the world in a casual setting. I hope to host people and show them around Boston. And hope that I find other like-minded hosts that are willing to open their home up to me and show me around their hometown/city.

Interests

I am fascinated by different cultures.
I love eating food and am always up for trying unique local cuisines.
I love temples, cathedrals, mountains, natural landscapes, monuments, and history.
I love hearing about people's stories and experiences. The deep conversations are what I cherish the most.

Currently, I am studying Korean and Japanese. I would love to learn as many languages as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Haruki Murakami. I have most of his books.
I love Hayao Miyazaki. I think his animations are one of the most beautiful piece of art.
My favorite musicians are Imagine Dragons, Halsey, and Troye Sivan.
