I'm chasing the life, because it is trying to run away all the time. There is so many things to do, to see, to taste, to try, to read, to experience, to understand.. This is how I feel that I'm alive. I love to feel it through my skin, by all my senses. And taste it piece by piece.

I spend my life in very active way; all the time I run from place to place, my handbag is full of books, I always do million things at the same time following my neverending inspirations and surrounding me stimuls. And it's always a time for a new travel..

I have one problem with couchsurfing - later I really long for people I met and want to go back and meet them again, so it seems I shouldn't travel too much? Or to find a way to never stop my life-time travel!

experiencing life.
this is what makes you who you are, even if you cannot name the impact of these small moments of having foot covered by sand, whole arms in watermelon juice, missing your plane, drinking a beer on the stairs in unknown city, smelling the food from houses you are passing by.. and this is what I love the most.

first half of the 20th century.
pre-war Polish movies and old Hollywood musicals, love songs from 30ties, beautiful dresses and world which will never come back and which traces you can follow entering the gates of old houses, imaging cluttering shoes and laughters and listening to memories of those, who winking their eyes will tell you the best fairy-tales..of their realy lifes.

politics.
anytime, anywhere - big one and grassroots responses. local activity and the Great Game. especially in postsoviet countries, what I'm tring to deal with professionally. but beware - there is a risk, that to stop me talking, you would have to remind me to take one more sip of beer to shout my mouth for a moment.

new sources of inspiration.
literature, ballet, contemporary drama, conceptual art, maps, performances, street art. everything what in one second can change the constellation of caleidoscope in your mind!

urban underground.
now suites off, office closed! time for some concerts, street art, tattoos, motorcycles and sitting on the pavements. nightbus trips, places full of cigarette smoke and heartbeating in the rythm of subway, trams, and steps of million feet!

..to be professional student, too committed scholar and do very-serious-things after all of that!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

every meeting with other person has unmeasureable value and probably some of these meetings were in my life 'the most amazing'.

but I am glad of my lonely travels through the world, my big motorcycle trip through the mountains of east Java in Indonesia, of seeing underwater life while snorkelling.. the thing is that I'm bad with 'big things', I catch and print forever in myself small moments and crumbs.
